To secure your appointment a deposit of £10 is requested at time of booking.
This will be deducted from the cost of your massage during your appointment.
If you are a new client and would prefer to speak to Ross before paying this deposit that's fine, please continue to book. I phone all new clients before their first appointment.
In the event of late* (cancellation, rescheduling or failure to attend) this deposit will not be refunded.
*Late is defined as 48hours before the appointment.
